The distances to Visp are short and pleasant, and Visp has a lot to offer. Shopping, leisurely tours through the old town or into the surrounding vineyards, an adventure day at the Mühleye swimming pool or bike tours in the valley or “embrüf” all the way to the top. Visp is also the ideal base camp for the many tourist opportunities in the Upper Valais, all of which are easily accessible by public transport from Visp station.
